The Carolina Hurricanes area ready to rock with a new Single Channel CrossFire HD system. The NHL team from Raleigh, North Carolina have secured another Click Effects system. The Hurricanes play all of their home games in the 18,176 capacity RBC Center.
The RBC Center sent out a press release on September 2nd stating they had purchased a new central scoreboard. The arena also did a total remake of their control room, outfitting their room with state of the art upgrades and HD conversion. The CrossFire's visual display will look intensely clear in HD on the new scoreboard. The CrossFire will be directly in the eye of the storm.
The hockey club has had success in its relatively short history in Carolina. They have a large following throughout the Carolinas. The Hurricanes won the 2006 NHL Championship and made it all the way to the Conference Finals this past year. This year the weather is looking stormy, and Click Effects is ready for gale force winds.
